Ali is a holistic birth and postpartum doula serving the Front Range & Peak to Peak region of Colorado. She loves assisting birthing folks and their partners as they transition into parenthood by offering them the tools, information, and support they need to achieve a positive experience. Holding space and nurturing the family unit is very important to her when supporting birth and the postpartum window. Her holistic background allows her to incorporate and honor the mind-body-spirit connection into her practice, while simultaneously respecting allopathic medicine and all it has to offer. Teaching mindfulness and the innate wisdom of the body is something she really enjoys sharing with her clients! Whatever your path and preferences, Ali is honored to be a part of the magic of this season. When Ali isn’t tending to new parents, you can find her spending time with her husband and son Koa, camping, reading a book, and cooking something delicious.
