Beth Brooks

Postpartum Doula

She/Her

Beth Brooks is a dedicated postpartum doula, longtime caregiver, and mother of two teenagers who brings a deep respect for the evolving journey of parenthood to her practice. Her lifelong passion for caregiving began in childhood and evolved into over 15 years of professional experience supporting families through major transitions. With a diverse background as a professional nanny, special needs caregiver, hospice provider, and preschool teacher, Beth has extensive experience navigating neurodivergence, high stress, and grief. These varied roles deeply inform her postpartum care, allowing her to offer a steady, grounding presence tailored to each family's unique emotional and practical needs.

As a postpartum doula, Beth provides flexible, responsive, and trauma-informed care that prioritizes the family's autonomy and choices. Rooted in a nonjudgmental and nervous-system-balanced approach, her support focuses on helping parents adjust to life with a newborn. Whether she is being hands-on, quietly holding space, or supporting partners to build their confidence, Beth tunes into emotional cues to ensure families feel deeply supported during the postpartum chapter.
