Cristen has been caring for children of all ages ever since she can remember. Working as a babysitter, tutor, preschool teacher, camp counselor, and nanny over the years has instilled in her a deep love and passion for nurturing children at all stages of development. Now as a postpartum doula, she is excited to be able to provide that invaluable practical and emotional support to both parents and child during those first few beautiful and challenging months.

Cristen is originally from Southern California, but moved to Denver in 2018 and has fallen in love with the state of Colorado. She loves all things outdoors, and that’s where you will probably find her when not caring for families.
