We offer continuity of care through our team of 60+ care providers, all managed and scheduled through one interface, simplifying the logistics of receiving support during this precious season. Our goal is for you to focus on what is most important—stepping into this new season of life grounded and connected.
What is a doula?
Doulas provide emotional, physical, and informational support to both new and experienced parents. While most people think doulas only help in the hospital, the majority of our Sanctuary’s care happens in the home!

Our birth doulas help you create a sanctuary to labor and give birth, offering support, advocacy, and guidance through one of life’s most precious moments. Whether you wish for a vaginal birth with or without medication, plan medical intervention, are having a planned or unplanned Cesarean birth or a vaginal birth after Cesarean (VBAC), we can support your unique journey.

A postpartum doula provides professional, evidence-based care that nurtures each family’s unique path through the early months postpartum. Welcoming a new member of the family is a life changing event that warrants care for all family members, not just the new baby.

Overnight visits help maximize sleep for the whole family with our overnight specialists caring for baby all night long. Newborn and toddler sleep is always changing, so we work alongside each family to meet you where you are in the sleep journey.

Our Team
Our exceptional team of care providers have passed all background and reference checks, completed infant CPR training, and meet Sanctuary's high standards for quality of service, communication, and integrity in all of our offerings.
Sanctuary CARES is a nonprofit organization providing zero-cost postpartum doula care to vulnerable families across the Front Range, made possible through grant funding and generous donations from the community.
