Mara is a certified Ayurvedic postpartum doula, trained birth doula, and transpersonal art therapist supporting families in Northern Colorado. She specializes in postpartum nourishment and believes that honoring and caring for the birthing parent is essential to the long-term health and well-being of both parent and baby. Rooted in empowerment and trust, Mara offers steady, compassionate presence as families integrate the profound transition that birth brings.
