Meira is birth and postpartum doula, as well as a holistic health and fitness coach. She serves women by helping them anchor into their bodies, feel emotionally regulated, nourished and strong. She brings warm loving and competent energy into each home.

Having a baby of her own connected her to the profound consciousness newborns/children hold. She wants every parent to be able to feel that sacred experience. She supports women through one of the most transformative seasons of their lives with presence and depth.
