Meredith Seaton
BSN, RN, IBCLC
She/Her
With over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse, and 5 years helping families in their postpartum journey, Meredith has a passion for giving support to families to help feed their baby in the best way that fits their goals and lifestyle, always protecting mental health first and foremost. She personally knows what a vulnerable and delicate time it can be to feed your baby- whether this be directly at the breast, with a bottle, or a combination of these. She has years of experience helping families that have latching difficulties or pain, started in the NICU, babies with oral restrictions, women with trauma around breast feeding, triple feeding, going back to work, exclusive pumping, low supply/oversupply, and many other challenges that can come up while lactating. It is an honor to get to be apart of any step in this journey. In her spare time, she loves a good fantasy or historical fiction book, a long hike and hanging out with her husband and two children.
