Raia is a certified doula through Rocky Mountain Doula, a CAPPA-trained Postpartum Doula, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and a certified VBAC specialist (VBAC Link).

Ever since she can remember, she has been fascinated with pregnancy, birth, and everything child-care-related. In 2021, she became a personal trainer specializing in pre- and postnatal training. Once she learned about birth and postpartum doulas, she knew she had found her path.

Guiding families through this sacred time is truly Raia's calling. Her birth and postpartum philosophy focuses on preparing and supporting a woman's mind, body, and soul. She believes this transition can be a powerful and transformative experience that every family should have access to, and she is dedicated to making that a reality.

When she isn’t working, Raia enjoys spending time with her family and her two cats, or finding a quiet spot under a tree to read.
