What to Expect
Milk Cafe is a relaxed, drop-in space where parents can ask questions, get practical feeding guidance, and connect with other families.
Led by experienced IBCLCs.
Free to attend, with no advance registration required. Drop in whenever you’re able.
Compassionate support for every infant feeding journey, including breast/chestfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, combination feeding, and more.
Weighted feeds available when helpful.
All parents and caregivers are welcome.

A Note About Clinical Care
Milk Cafe is designed for general education and community support and is not a substitute for individualized clinical care.
Families experiencing feeding complications or concerns that require a personalized assessment should seek support from an IBCLC or another qualified healthcare provider.

Milk Cafe is a program of Sanctuary CARES, the nonprofit affiliate of Sanctuary Doulas & Family Care.
Milk Cafe is free to attend, and donations are always optional. Every gift helps cover the cost of Milk Cafe’s IBCLC facilitators so families can continue to access the group at no cost.
