We’re currently enrolling families for free postpartum doula care!

We’re accepting families with the following characteristics:

Program #1:

  • Hispanic/Latina or BIPOC

  • pregnant or has a baby under 10 months old

  • experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety, or has high blood pressure

  • speaks English or Spanish

Program #2:

  • has less than a $90,000 household income before taxes

  • all races, ethnicities and some languages

Postpartum doula care is home-based, emotional, physical, and informational support.

What do doulas provide?

  • care for the family: mother, newborn, sibling and partner

  • infant feeding support (breast and bottle feeding)

  • care for the household (laundry, dishes, sweeping)

  • healthy meals and snacks (cook and bake)

  • education around raising an infant

  • social and community support (in an isolating time)

  • non-judgemental care

  • birth processing

  • healing tips after birth

What do doulas NOT provide?

  • medical care

  • housing

  • transportation

  • job search

  • deep cleaning services

  • nanny services
