Family Chef

Our family chefs focus on preparing healthy meals for you and your family. Our chefs do all the cooking in your home. We like to cook vegetable-packed and nutrient-rich dishes that comply with any food choices/intolerances/allergies. Our visits are 4 hours in length and we cook 3 dishes (single or double batches). If there’s any extra time we love to throw in a breakfast or snack dish too. In advance of each visit, we’ll send you our suggested menu and we'll text back and forth to find the best menu for that week. We'll often suggest dishes with different flavor profiles/types of cuisine - for example we'll suggest an Indian dish, a Mexican dish and an Italian dish for that week.

Once we determine the menu, we’ll create a grocery list to determine what you have in the house and what we’ll need. We’re happy to do the grocery shopping for you for an additional fee.

To get an idea of the types of dishes we cook, we’re happy to send along our meal options. We can pull from our menu, suggest other ideas, or cook a recipe you love. It's super flexible! As far as cadence goes, we have clients who work with us twice a week, once a week, once every two weeks or even once a month. We often recommend starting with once a week for a month to see how it feels. We want it to be a super helpful service for you and are open to feedback to making it so!
