Overnight Care + Sleep Support
Overnight visits help maximize sleep for the whole family with our doulas caring for baby all night long. Together we will create a plan for feeding throughout the night (if needed), which could include bringing baby to mom’s bed to breastfeed, or utilizing breastmilk or formula for bottle feedings (so mom doesn’t need to wake at all!). We also provide evidence-based information on newborn sleep, physiology and the relationship to feedings to help you establish a sustainable, healthy sleep rhythm for your family. Please provide a clean guest room bed or full length sofa near baby for your doula to comfortably rest and care for baby though the night.

I believe we go through many stages as parents and deserve the help and resources to be supported throughout those ever-shifting stages- sometimes we are well rested, other times, not at all; our children only sleep in our bed or on our chest, sometimes they rest in their own space. We ebb and flow with their needs and often push their comfort above our own. Newborn and toddler sleep is always changing, evolving, steps backward, steps forward- it's hard to navigate! I work alongside each family to meet you where you are in the sleep journey, to join you in determining your ideal sleep goals for your child, and to formulate a plan that accomplishes those goals in a methodology that you feel comfortable with. I long for you to know that while parenting is full of sacrifices, months and months of endless sleepless nights does not have to be the norm. It's never too late to start. Let's work together to create an environment where you are confident your child is loved, fed, safe and well rested- and you are too.
Initial Consultation $150 (includes a week of follow up phone and text support). Prior to this call, I will have you email me details surrounding current sleep struggles and what your ideal goals would be so that during our call we can spend the time flushing out the details and game planning strategy for your first week.
Follow up Consultations $100 (also includes a week of phone and text support) We use these calls to troubleshoot any issues that have come up from our initial strategy. These are also helpful throughout the various sleep stages that your child will go through- especially in the first year. Follow ups make it easy to check in anytime you need support through sleep regressions or other changes.
Fees and Policies
Admin Fee: Please note that a 4% service fee is added to all services at the time of purchase.
Travel Fee: We serve clients outside of the Boulder and North Denver metro area on a case by case basis. Text or call us at 720-828-2802 to learn more.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the start time, you’ll be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Exceptions will be honored for birth, illness, weather, dangerous driving conditions or emergency. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. If you’re scheduling a massage past 37 weeks, please add us to your labor call list so that we can pass along the time to someone else who needs it. Thanks so much for honoring our policy!
