Psychotherapy During Pregnancy
Emotional needs are incredibly unique during the childbearing years. Psychotherapy can be supportive to dive a little deeper into the major life adjustment that occurs when preparing for and bringing home a new baby. You’ll learn tools and coping skills that will help you and your loved ones navigate this delicate time and be held in a supportive space as you work towards feeling calm and grounded with a renewed sense of self in this season of life. You’ll received one-on-one guidance from our dually trained doula and Licensed Clinical Social Workers who are skilled in supporting new parents throughout the childbearing years. This offering can be for birthing people or partners individually, as well as a couple as a whole.
Psychotherapy After Baby Arrives
Our psychotherapy visits can be a standalone 60 minute visit (virtual or in-person) or weaved into a 4-hour doula day visit. These can be scheduled once for assessment only or scheduled ongoing throughout care. In this visit, you will receive support and education from our dually-trained postpartum doula and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. These can be supportive to dive a little deeper into the major life adjustment that occurs when bringing a new baby home. It is also incredibly important for those who are experiencing feelings of sadness, worry, isolation, guilt, panic, or insecurity, having upsetting thoughts or having a difficult time bonding with baby – all common, yet hard to acknowledge, emotional challenges that can arise in the early days and weeks postpartum. You will learn tools and coping skills that will help you and your loved ones navigate this delicate time and be held in a supportive space as you work towards feeling calm and grounded with a renewed sense of self in this new season of life. This offering can be for birthing people or partners individually, as well as a couple as a whole.

60-minute virtual session - $130
60-minute in-person session - $160
Fees and Policies
Admin Fee: Please note that a 4% service fee is added to all services at the time of purchase.
Travel Fee: We serve clients outside of the Boulder and North Denver metro area on a case by case basis. Text or call us at 720-828-2802 to learn more.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the start time, you’ll be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Exceptions will be honored for birth, illness, weather, dangerous driving conditions or emergency. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. If you’re scheduling a massage past 37 weeks, please add us to your labor call list so that we can pass along the time to someone else who needs it. Thanks so much for honoring our policy!
